Rub your tongue against the top of you mouth cavity (Stick your tongue back until its near your tonsils and rub it hard)
Lights ON
Friend
Go Outside
Pull on your earlobes
Snacks
Video Games
AHHH I CANT SLEEP IM GONNA BE LATE
Eat Carbs, Drink Milk.
Don't exercise up to 3 hours before sleeping
No naps
Reduce your stress
Warm bath
Warm Milk
Sleep Routine
Comfy clothing ( Or naked)
Comfy position in bed (Not to you sick minded people)
Some smells such as perfumes can help you sleep
Comfy Bed
Not too hot/cold
Less noise
Get rid of the nightlight
No iPods, Laptops, Computers near your room
Make your bed
Close your eyes and try to stay awake.
