Boo
They say that every school has a legend. At night, the eyes of statues in front of the school will move. There will be twelve steps in the hallways, but at night, there will be thirteen.... The lights will not be on, even if you turn on the switch.... The faucets will drip blood, and sometimes an organ will fall out.... And if you go the washroom, you'll never come back.
Now, these kids didn't believe that....
"Oh, it's probably just a story..." They thought. So the all met together one night in front of the school. They looked at the statue. It's eyes were facing left, as always. "Hah, it's just a story." They thought. Then they went up to the school. There was a old night watchman in front of the school. "Don't go in...." He warned them, but they just laughed.
They first counted the stairs. "One, two, three....... Ten, eleven, twelve." "Hah," They thought, "It's just a story...."
Next they went to the faucets. They opened them and water gushed out. "Hah, it's just a story..." They thought. The light was opened, and soon they were ready to go home. However.....
One girl said, "I'll stay for a bit, you guys can go..."
The next day began with frantic phone calls. The mother of the girl who stayed was worried because her daughter didn't come home. The children told their parents what happened, and they rushed to the school to meet the principal.
At the school, the kids screamed as they saw the statue. It's eyes were facing the right. "They were facing the left last night!" They screamed.
Next came the stairs. "One, two, three..... Eleven, twelve, thirteen...." The kids screamed,"It was twelve last night!"
Then were the faucets. They all held their breaths as the principal turned them on. Blood gushed out of the faucets as a large liver plopped into the basin. They all screamed.
The came the search for the girl. The found her hanging, dead, in a bathroom stall.
"When we came last night, we turned the lights on and everything was normal!" The kids cried. "Lights...?" he adults gasped in horror, "There was a blackout last night..."
The kids cried, "We should have listened to the night watchman...."
"What?" The principal asked, "There is no night watchman...."
The End
